They provided a debit card and money transfer options to pay for all the vendors I chose. I ended up needing only $18,000 to complete the changes I wanted to make. The balance was returned to them and payment (including the fee) was made through escrow. No money came out of my pocket. The upgrades increased the selling price of my property by over $100,000.
