Make repairs, but don't overspend. I will make suggestions to maximize your return on investment. Buyers will notice and appreciate the time you took to prepare your home for the market. Our resources will help you and staging can only help, not hurt.

This is one of the Most Important Steps in Selling your home. Studies have shown that an over priced property, even in a Seller's Market will sit. It
is critical, we price your home right out the gate. With my Experience Pricing Property is one of my Biggest Strengths. I drive buyers in through the door and I like to bring you more than one.

3. Market


Many agents list your property, place it in the MLS and wait for the phone to ring. I have created a system that professionally promotes your listing and drives buyers to your home. My Marketing targets buyers who want to live your area and can afford your price. I hire professional photographers, build individual websites, promote on social media, email our database, use direct mail and print brochures to reach as many buyers as we can in every place they're looking.

From Escrow receiving the deposit, to ordering your HOA documents, paying off your Deed, Ordering your Title Report, Presenting Disclosures, Scheduling Inspections, Appraisals & Termite, we are there all the way to Delivering you a Check. We work as a team to make sure your buyer follows their contractual obligations to ensure you a smooth closing.
