1. Educate you on the Market


Educating the Client on the Market is one of the Most Challenging Talks to have. Many buyers want what they want and expect the agent to get it for them. As an experienced Real Estate Broker, I'm here to guide you to get what you want, your offer accepted. Knowing whether it's a buyer market or a seller's market allows us to work together in harmony to buy your Dream Home. So Trust me, I have your best interest at heart.

2. Get Pre-qualified


Knowing what the Bank will allow you to borrow is the Most Important Piece. Before I show you homes, in this competitive market, you need a pre-approval letter. It's my job to present you as a strong Buyer to the Seller. They expect buyers to have spoken to a lender before viewing their property. As your agent, I offer resources for you to chose from to obtain a loan. Presenting a strong offer so a seller is confident to accept.

3. Let's go Shopping


3 Bedrooms 2 Bath, what would you like? Make a list and one of my motto's are "Don't Buy it if you don't love it" As your agent who listens to you, even I know...when it's ​​​​​​​'the one' so, don't settle. I won't let you. I will show you property to fits the criteria you give me. I want you to get the most bang for your buck! However, in this competitive market, we must move quickly. The good ones go fast!

4. While you're in Escrow


Cash Only, Gas & Groceries. Yes, we have that talk. The Bank has pre-approved you on the information you gave them, once I find you a home, you are now in contract. That means, no opening new charge cards, no new cars, no new 60" TV's for that man cave. I here to help you get into a house, don't ruin it. Now, once you're under contract, there are 2 items you are responsible for, your inspection and appraisal. My team will walk you through each step of the buying process and answer every question along the way. You will feel comfortable and confident working with us.

5. Closing


After your final walk through, you sign your loan documents and its time to pack! We are here to coordinate the seller moving out so you can move in! We assist with a list of utilities and services so your transition is smooth. Once you close you are added to my database of clients. You'll continue to see me after the close, so welcome aboard!
